From all indications, Lagos State is now set to begin the registration of all residents in a strategic move to scale up its developmental plans, especially as the state inches closer to its mega city aspiration. This is also aimed at consolidating on the achievements of the past years with a view to fast-tracking developmental process and bringing impact of good governance to the door step of all and sundry in the state.
